The Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact (MSEP) is strategic partnership of tens of entrepreneurial subjects, schools and other institutions in the Moravian-Silesian region that was established gradually during 2010 and was completed by the official signature of employment pact document on 24th February 2011 in Ostrava between Moravian-Silesian Region, The Union for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region, The Chamber of Commerce of the Moravian-Silesian Region and The Regional Council of the Moravian-Silesian Cohesion Region.
MSEP has main aim to significantly contribute to the change long-term lasting unfavourable situation in the local labour market. Its instrument for implementation of changes is the Integrated Employment Development Programme.
The holder of the Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact is The Union for the Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
